He was graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. He completed his residency in ophthalmology in 2004 in Istanbul Education and Research Hospital. He specializes in medical retina, vitreo-retinal surgery, retinopathy of prematurity, uveal diseases and cataract surgery.
