Dr. Rupal Shah is the clinical director of New Vision Laser Centers, a chain of laser vision correction clinics in India. She has been performing laser vision correction since 1995, and has personally performed over 25000 surgeries since that time. Dr. Shah has also been significantly engaged in teaching LASIK to other opthalmologists, and has so far trained more than 500 ophthalmologists to perform LASIK. Recently, she has been involved with a clinical study study on the FLEx procedure, and has carried out the highest number of treatments with this new "all in one" procedure.
