Dr. Lewis is a fellowship-trained corneal surgeon practicing in North Phildelphia and the adjacent suburbs. He trained at Duke Eye Center and then in Adelaide, South Australia. He developed the standard technique for suturing posterior chamber lenses without capsular support in 1991. Dr. Lewis went into private practice after two years as the Director of Cornea at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. In 1998 he started performing LASIK surgery. He has had the opportunity to work with Moria as an investigator for almost two years. Dr. Lewis is the Director of Cornea and LASIK Surgery at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
