Purpose - 2.2mm incision Phacosurgery of a black cataract
Methods- Incision, Tip and sleeve, OVD
Sculpting and cracking the hard, leathery nucleus.
Fragment removal
OVD sandwiching
An intact 2.2mm wound on completion of the surgery.
IOL implantation and post operative examination.
Results- uneventful surgery.
Microcoaxial phacosurgery in black cataract possible.
